All amateur and professional artists and art enthusiasts 18 years or older are welcome to join.

Member Benefits

Members receive the monthly email newsletter, the opportunity to display art at the Sidney Museum SKA Wall, and also the opportunity to participate in the annual South Kitsap Artists Association show, held in October. There is also a monthly meeting, held on the fourth Sunday of each month from 2 -4 pm at the Sidney Museum and Arts Association at 202 Sidney Avenue in downtown Port Orchard.

SKA Wall at the Sidney Gallery

November SKA Wall

Each month different SKA artists are selected to display their art on the SKA Art Wall at the Sidney Museum and Arts Association. We rotate the artists to give everyone a chance. In the unlikely event you are not able to participate, please let Kimberly know so we can give someone else the opportunity to show their art

Specifications:

One 16 x 20 framed piece or two smaller ones. They must have D-ring hardware and be wired for hanging. For 3D items, we’re going to have a new shelf space available soon.
Submit a one-paragraph Artist Statement by the 15th of the month prior to your SKA Wall month. This will be formatted and displayed with your art. Email to kar7337@gmail.com
